Can I Return Or Exchange A Product?
We are currently unable to accommodate returns and refunds. We do advise customers pay full attention to the details and measurement of each merchandise before making any purchase. In the case of Defected Merchandise, please read below.
We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size. To exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item. Please keep in mind that all shipping fees will be applied. We are currently unable to provide international exchanges, unless defected. We do advise customers pay full attention to the details and measurement of each merchandise before making any purchase.
How Can I Exchange Defective Merchandise?
If you receive a defective merchandise, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving your item. We will exchange the same item and take care of the shipping fees. To exchange your defective merchandise, the item must be in its original condition (unwashed, unworn and with packaging).
How Do I Track My Order?

What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We ship orders via the Thailand Post EMS service. All orders are shipped out within 3 business days after payment confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent to you indicating your package tracking number (13-digits). To track your order, click here.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We do ship internationally. Please be noted that on all international deliveries, custom and duty charges may be applied upon delivery. We advise you to contact your local customs office for information before making your purchase.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
For local deliveries, packages normally takes 2-3 days to arrive if shipped via Registered Mail, and next day delivery if shipped via the EMS service. For international deliveries, packages normally takes from 7-10 days to arrive via International Registered Mail, and approximately 5 days via the EMS service.
For all international orders, please be noted that packages can be delayed due to custom clearing and it is advised customers check with their custom office the rules and procedures.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept payment via: Direct Bank Transfer, Paypal, Omise and Credit Card payment.
You will be sent an order confirmation email with a 13-digits tracking number after payment confirmation. For payment made via Direct Bank Transfer, customers must email a proof of payment confirmation to email@example.com, indicating your Order ID to process your order delivery.
